This salty-sweet and slightly nutty dressing is good with all sorts of vegetables—raw or cooked.
2 Tblsp toasted sesame seeds (goma)
2 Tblsp white miso
1 Tblsp sugar
2 Tblsp mirin (sweet rice wine)
1 t fresh lemon juice
1/2 t soy sauce
Grind the sesame seeds into a paste. Mix in the other ingredients. Serve as a dipping sauce or drizzle over salad or cooked vegetables.Posted by kuri at October 09, 2003 12:00 AM
